Austrian School of Economics, Comparison and Study of the Labor Market in Iran.

Abstract

The most important task defined for any government in all countries is to create full employment and eliminate unemployment Carrying out any economic activity in the society requires the active presence of the labor force, and the unemployment of a part of the labor force means the reduction of production and away from full employment In this study, first the Austrian school of economics is examined and then the time series analysis of labor supply and demand for Iran is compared to the labor market in Iran and the basic concepts of the Austrian school of economics The reason for Austrian economics in this study is their innovative and different view of economics. Inviolable belief in individual rights and freedoms, respect for personal property, voluntary exchange, a political system committed to the rule of law and opposition to any political, social and economic monopoly are the main foundations of the Austrian school of economics. To study the labor market in Iran, a Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model as well as annual data for the period 1398-1357 has been used. In this research, while looking at the theories and approaches of the Austrian School of Economics, the effective results of this school of economics to improve the labor market situation and break from the current situation are discussed.In this research, while looking at the theories and approaches of the Austrian School of Economics, the effective results of this school of economics to improve the labor market situation and break from the current situation are discussed.
