This journal will pursue the following goals:

- Expanding, streamlining and publishing theoretical and applied researches of the public sector economics with a special approach to Iran's economic issues.

- Providing a context for the clash of viewpoints about theoretical and applied researches by measuring, criticizing and reviewing economic publications.

- Efforts to localize analytical patterns and models that have been taken from foreign sources.

- Raising the quality level of the articles by involving more professors and researchers from all the universities and research institutions of the country in evaluating and valuing the articles.

- Expanding the boundaries of knowledge in the field of public sector economics in Iran

- Making resources and references available for the use of professors, students, managers and officials of the country and effectively helping the officials and senior managers of the system in making decisions and solving the problems and dilemmas of Iran's economy and economic policy making.

- Creating a suitable platform for presenting new ideas in the field of public sector economics issues in Iran.
